I have subscribed to the Maintenance Program with Bill Joplin’s A/C & Heating company and have been extremely pleased with their service. I recently had Jason here for the Spring/Summer service and he was friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything to me as to what issues I had and what his suggestions were to address them. So many companies out there will ‘find things wrong’ or press you to immediately fix things that can wait, etc. But Bill Joplin’s is up front and trustworthy. I would enphatically recommend this company for all of your Heating and A/C issues.

Performed 6 month maintenace work on 4/26/21. Process included blowing out overflow line which caused a leak under bathroom sink. Did not notice leak until 4/27/21. Called Joplin and they were at my home within the hour. Jason did a GREAT JOB and repaired the leak. This is the reason Joplin has been my one and only A/C & Heating Specialists for the past 21 years.

I was having problems with my AC, they sent a tech out to diagnose it, he found the problem and gave me a price to repair. I called into the office to schedule the repair and get the parts ordered. A few hours later the service manger called me and told me they quotes me the wrong price. Typical for a service company, right? Nope, they called to tell me he quoted me to high by $300, and adjusted the price, they could have easily just made some extra money, but that’s not the type of company this is.
