I was having problems with my AC, they sent a tech out to diagnose it, he found the problem and gave me a price to repair. I called into the office to schedule the repair and get the parts ordered. A few hours later the service manger called me and told me they quotes me the wrong price. Typical for a service company, right? Nope, they called to tell me he quoted me to high by $300, and adjusted the price, they could have easily just made some extra money, but that’s not the type of company this is.
