One of my air conditioners recently stopped working on an extremely hot Sunday afternoon. I called Bill Joplin’s AC and left a message with their on call dispatch center. Within two minutes I had a call back from a very knowledgeable technician named Noe G. He was more than happy to troubleshoot with me on the phone to try to get things working again without a dispatch. Unfortunately that didn’t work, so Noe reviewed the fees associated with a weekend dispatch and then agreed to come to my home to fix the problem. Within 90 minutes he arrived and was able to diagnose the problem with my air handler very quickly. He was able to get it cooling again within 30 minutes. He needed some additional parts for a permanent repair, so his manager Steve T. called the next morning to brief me on the status of the parts order. He also took care of filing my warranty claim. Two days later they completed the replacement of the defective parts and my HVAC is running perfectly.

I called two other companies that day and neither could dispatch on a weekend. I was so thankful that Bill Joplin’s AC was able to address my problem as quickly and professionally as they did. They have definitely earned my future business.
