Greg Whitaker of Joplin’s A/C & Heating made an emergency visit to our house this summer after our A/C wouldn’t come back on following a power outage. He believed the outage had fried our zone board, but worked on it for over three hours to try to get it running again. He was unable to get the zone board to work properly again, but set the system so it would at least blow cold area out of one zone until he could come back the next day to replace the zone board. Greg was incredibly helpful, informative, kind, and hard-working. The next time I need assistance with our HVAC unit, I’ll call Joplin’s and ask for Greg.
