In February 2020, Bill Joplin’s Air Conditioning and Heating, your hometown Carrier experts, received the highest Carrier honor achievable: The Carrier President’s Award. This award is very prestigious and an honor that is not awarded freely. Fewer than 1,500 Carrier dealers even qualify each year, and Bill Joplin’s has won this award 3 times!

Bill Joplin’s Air Conditioning and Heating was first awarded this coveted award in 2007, 2019 and again in 2020. This recognition means a lot to us here at Joplin’s, and we wanted to share what it means to you.

What is the Carrier President’s Award?

The Carrier President’s Award is given out every February. Only Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers who provide Carrier products as their primary product offering are eligible to receive this award. As a factory-authorized Carrier dealer, Bill Joplin’s provides the very best in heating and air conditioning products to homeowners across Collin County.

In addition to being a Certified Carrier Dealer – award recipients must:

  • Exemplify top notch leadership and management
  • Consistently demonstrate superior customer service
  • Illustrate industry expertise, business growth and operational excellence
  • Remain current on all extensive factory training programs including installation, maintenance and repair
  • Offer, install, service and repair energy-efficient Carrier products
  • Maintain a staff of NATE-certified technicians who themselves are always current on their own training
  • Identify and recommend solutions that provide excellent comfort and value specific to customer and community needs
  • Maintain all state, and local licenses, insurance, and liability coverage
  • Solicit and respond to customer feedback, maintaining exemplary scores in a Carrier-approved customer satisfaction program
